This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.

I also make myself available day or night so that when you have a question, you can get the answers you need.

I specialize in most areas of the city as well as Maplewood, Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Crestwood and Affton areas. Buying and selling in the city of St. Louis is much different than buying in other areas of St. Louis. It requires a very specific knowledge of the areas and the homes in those areas.

I have experience working with buyers, and specialize in first time home buyers. Buying a home for the first time is exciting and a bit overwhelming. I’ll help you every step of the way and help you understand the process so you are comfortable and informed. I hold first time home buyer seminars specifically to educate buyers so they can be their own advocates and start to familiarize their selves with the process.

Working with sellers is always exciting. It’s a big process to properly prepare a home for sale. I will walk you through everything you need to get your home ready for sale and set yourself up for a successful sale and transition.
