Nope. (But for the record, REMAX Hall of Fame, 100% Club, Top Producing Team, Numerous Awards and one golf trophy, I don’t remember winning. Anyway, instead of lulling you to sleep with a self-aggrandizing list of awards, I thought I’d take the novel approach of actually giving you w
hat you want – real answers to questions you’re probably asking yourself right now. Telling a co-op Realtor how to do his job or calling him out on something only a novice would miss, may not think so – as does the grammar enthusiast who knows that it depends *whom* you ask. Our mother’s, on the other hand, think we are “a couple of peaches” and recommends us to all their friends, even the ones who don’t need Realtors. Most people opinions fall somewhere in between. Here’s what we can tell you for sure: We are honest and candid. We take the same pride in being approachable and friendly as we do in zealously advocating for our clients. If you need a quick Real Estate brain, a strong dose of honesty, and a few jokes, you’re in the right place. Loyalty to our family, clients, and friends is our core value. Without question! I know this is one of the biggest frustrations and most frequent complaints people have about Realtors. I get dozens of emails a day, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible. Will you return my phone calls? You can depend on it. We strive to return all calls and texts within a two hour window. Most within the first hour. Chances are you will get voicemail but by leaving a message it insures a return call. You wouldn’t believe how many sales calls, survey calls, and spam calls a Realtor receives. Do you have experience doing exactly what I need? Until you tell us what you need, we have no way of knowing but here is what we concentrate on:
- Listing Homes
- Selling Homes
- Single Family Homes
- Condominiums/Villas
- Relocation to and from St. Louis, MO
- Multi Family Homes
- Land/Acreage
- Real Estate Consultation
If you need something not listed, don’t worry. Contact us anyway. What are you really good at? On a personal level, we both are pretty good at cooking (we can make a mean ahi tuna), and a time or two, we’ve kept all our annual flowers alive straight through to early fall. Our girl Mattie (A Rescue) loves going on a walk and loves eggs (scrambled). On a professional level, though, here are the skill-sets we’ve developed in the 20+ years we’ve been practicing Real Estate:
- The 7 main areas listed above. (Seriously. were good at this stuff.)
- Listening. Unfortunately, it’s a lost art these days.
- Negotiating. Its part art, part science, and part patience.
- Cutting through minutia. (Also known as efficiency.) We wont
