She sent posts cards to target neighborhoods and followed up on respsonses from potential sellers. More importantly, she never seemed to tire of what, to me at least, developed into a long process. What I value most, however, was the professional expertise Diane brought to the process. She was always quick to access things I would likely have overlooked - such as the impact of the location, style of the house,layout of the yard, etc. While my eyes were remodeling kitchens and decorating living rooms, Diane was looking for cracks in the foundation or erosion in the yard, or listening to the plumbing and air conditioner - trying to identify any possible problems. Once we found the house, she helped guide me through the process to a quick and hassle free closing.
