Have you tried to get a loan on your condo and been denied for reasons other than credit worthiness or debt or home value?

Maybe this is a secret problem no one is telling you?

I suspect this was true for my location. Credit rating pe***ng at max, debt at virtually zero $, nothing debts on my condo. I was trying to get a HELOC or finance loan. I was told by many lenders ONLY MAYBE Wells Fargo might give me a loan. Everyone else said no.

Blu has some of the best skyline views.
