HANDYMAN NEEDED.

Our company is House Pro's and we now have over 30 buildings. We are looking for handymen for the following (ASAP):

- Paint touch up
- Tenant turnover repairs
- Trim, Floor, Door repairs
- Rekeying evicted properties (with lockbox)
- Toilet Auguring and replacements

Must haves:

Handymen experience with 3 reliable references

Proof of work history and performance

Reliable transportation

Available within 24-48 hours for emergencies.

About us House Pros - Professional 5 star General contractor & Developer for Residential real estate in St. Louis County and adjacent Counties looking to hire:

Professional carpenters & remodelers for residential & commercial projects.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry required. Valid driver license & transportation is a must. Preferably to have your own tools but not required.

Our office located in St. Louis City but we work in radius of 20 miles covering entire city of St. Louis, St. Louis County, Jefferson County and St. Charles County.

We can provide tools if needed.

Your pay and schedule can be discussed on interview.

Energy, knowledge and professionalism is a must to join our team and build career with us.

This positions are available for full time or part time based on subcontractor conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $13.00 - $27.00 per hour
