Now is still a great time to buy, interest rates are still low although they just increased.

FYI , buyers typically have an easier time getting their offer accepted in the winter compared to the spring because there is less competition.

However, you must prepare yourself emotionally, financially, and trust the process. Patience is key. 🔑

MY BIGGEST FLEX…

will be the number of lives that I positively impact. It will not be the materialistic things I obtain or status achieved in our society.

Instead, it will be the thousands (maybe millions) of people that I inspired to believe in themselves, even though logic says they should not. My flex will be that I demonstrated what is possible when you demand the best from yourself and your life. My flex will be that I leveraged my experiences, good and bad, to educate and help others win.

I could go on and on… but to wrap things up, I’m excited about the journey and opportunity to live life with a purpose larger than my mind can comprehend at the current moment.
