April 2024 Housing Market Stats.

Let's focus on Single Family sales here. Pricing are flat year over year, technically 1.2% down, but not enough to cause concern. With inventory still lacking this can only mean one thing, interest rates are driving people to wait creating less competition. Good news for Buyers, bad news for Sellers!
