Yesterday afternoon I received a call from a tenant at a property I manage for an out-of-state landlord. The tenant reported hearing running water and noticed pooling near the crawlspace entrance. Kevin and I headed straight to the property.

Thankfully, with Kevin’s help, access the crawlspace, crawl across several inches of water, locate the main shutoff valve, and stop the flow before further damage occurred. Within the hour, a trusted plumber was on-site, the repair was completed, and the tenants had their water back on.

Because we acted quickly, damages were minimized and the tenants experienced only a short time without water. This is exactly why who you hire to manage your property matters.
