Our sellers originally moved to beautiful St. Marys, GA to be closer to their daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids. ❤️ Now their journey has taken them back to Virginia.

When it came time to sell, they didn’t have to be physically here in Georgia to get it done.

We were their BOOTS ON THE GROUND ~ helping coordinate final repairs, keeping things on track with the contract, and handling those last-minute details before closing.
