It is the land just across from Cumberland Island if that gives you a clue and it's a fabulous sanctuary like community. Lots of ineresting people, beautiful scenery, lovely home builds. Quiet, privae and if you are a boater, options to get to ICW. This is a river culture so most (not all) trail their boats to the boat ramps based on where they want to be on what water that day. It was a great day to celebrate America's Birthday! Our brokerage was fortunate enough to have a few of our biggest supporters donate their pontoon boat and truck as our parade float! The seas were smooth as silk, even though the driver disavowed anyone getting launched off the pontoon from sudden stops with children running out after candy loot! It was a terrific turnout in St. Marys for our old-fashioned hometown parade.
