SOLD!

Thank you to my clients who came to me as a newly married couple years ago and we found this home for them! They brought their first baby home to this house and made so many memories here in Camden County. It was time to sell and move onto their next chapter away from here and thankful they trusted me again with the sale of their first home!

Huge shoutout to Nina with Treehouse Insurance - Kishan Patel Agency for coming in hot last minute when the buyers agent and I noticed the HOI was an extremely high quote. It’s closing day for my return client sellers! They have already relocated and started their next chapter so there won’t be any pictures from closing today but here’s a little BTS of real estate life. It’s not just dressing up, showing houses, and showing up for the closing. It’s a lot of negotiations, looking out for the best interest of your clients, a lot of back and forth communication with attorneys/inspectors/appraisers etc. then, there’s a good amount of work people don’t see. Realtors®️are here for YOU!

If you or your buyers purchased a home last year and it’s their primary residence, this is your friendly reminder: File that Homestead Exemption before April 1st. 🗓️

Why it matters:
✅ It can reduce property taxes
✅ It may cap (freeze) the taxable value increase year over year
✅ It keeps more money in your client’s pocket long-term

Translation? This is one of the easiest wins in homeownership.

Buyers — don’t leave money on the table. Filing is typically quick, free through your county, and absolutely worth the few minutes it takes.
