Another late post! But I think taking a breather on this one is exactly what we all needed 😅 Well… I’m not gonna say this was an easy one 🙈But I know my buyers and I are so thankful we got it closed 🙌 it started with us being shuffled through 3 of the builder’s agent 😵‍💫 and only got more wonderful as we carried on 😅 My buyers kept their eyes on the prize! And in Gods timing their home in Maine got an offer on it and we were able to do back to back closings on this 🙌🙏❤️My buyers were absolutely exhausted mentally, physically and emotionally. But hoping they’ve been able to settle in and rest now! So happy to have them as my neighbors and the proud new owner of their home in SE GA 😍🏡 during the whole progress I would keep them updated with our weather here to make sure that they were really wanting to trade their nice cold weather for our blazing sun 🤣 They said they were ready for the heat. I should add the project manager, for this build was actually very helpful and he’s been been great with all my buyers🫶🙏

Late post 🥹But last week I had the pleasure of selling this wonderful family a new home 🫶🏡 I’ve known Katie for a very long time and it meant so much to me that they allowed me to help them with such a big purchase! Pool parties and Margaritas for sure, at their new home 😍🫶🏡🥹

Side note- it was a very emotional sale with the seller, but he told me his wife actually had started Watson Mortgage with Mr. Watson many many moons ago 🫶 you could tell he and his wife had many wonderful memories in this home and I know he was passing the torch to the most perfect family ❤️😭
