Q1 was all about our buyers, and they showed up in a big way.

We kicked things off helping a mom in Hawaii purchase an investment property for her daughter heading to college. Mom handled everything from afar while her daughter toured in person… teamwork at its finest and a deal that came together seamlessly.

Then we had a relocation from Arizona for a new job—bought sight unseen. With the help of family and a lot of FaceTime walkthroughs, they trusted their gut and went for it… and it paid off.
