Your listing photos are doing more damage than your price tag.
I watched an agent post a $899,000 home this week with avocado s**g carpet front and center… and a powder-blue toilet as photo #2.
Buyers don't see "potential." They see "pass."
Listing photos are the first showing. If the first showing happens on a phone screen while someone's on the toilet — your home better look good.
Stage it. Declutter it. Open the blinds. Hire a real photographer (not your cousin with an iPhone 8).
