🏡 JUST SOLD! Sometimes a new home represents much more than a new address.
After touring dozens of homes and making a couple of offers, I helped my client find this gem in Moncure Woods. He fell in love with it, and seeing his excitement made the search worthwhile!
Along the way, he shared his story with me. He immigrated from South Korea with his mom, started out in a trailer, and later moved into a townhouse. Now, he’s celebrating the purchase of this beautiful home.
Knowing what this milestone means to him made closing day especially meaningful to me. I’m grateful for his trust and happy I could be part of such a successful year in his life.

Congratulations to my sellers at 2520 Basin View Lane! Their home is officially under contract at the full $524,900 list price, with strong terms and limited contingencies.
Even in today’s changing market, a well-prepared home can still sell quickly when it is priced appropriately, presented at its best, and supported by a strong marketing strategy.
My sellers trusted both me and the process. Before going active, they followed my recommendations from completing touch-up painting and refreshing the cabinets to reinforcing the deck railings and making several other small improvements. Individually, these may have seemed like minor details, but together they helped the home make a strong first impression and their efforts paid off.
