As our team continues to grow, we could not be more excited about the expertise and heart she brings.

Shantelle is a North Carolina native, military brat, military wife, and mother of two. Growing up, her family moved every four years, so she understands firsthand what it means to start over somewhere new. That is a big part of why she became a REALTOR®. She loves helping people through major transitions.

Before real estate, Shantelle spent 21 years in federal government service with HUD, FHA, and USDA, working on programs that helped families achieve homeownership. Real estate felt like the natural next step. She is still helping families get home, just one at a time now.

Shantelle serves Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, and Northern Virginia. She has a particular affinity for military families, families navigating an inherited home, and those ready to downsize into their next chapter.

When she is not working, she is likely being managed by her two children or her cavapoo, Bruno. Bruno believes he runs the business. He does not. Though, admittedly, he kind of does.
