After touring dozens of properties and staying patient throughout the process, they found the perfect home to begin this exciting new chapter together. We were also able to negotiate seller assistance toward a portion of their closing costs, making the purchase even more rewarding.

🏡 **JUST SOLD AT FULL LIST PRICE!** 🎉

Congratulations to my sellers and the new homeowners on a successful closing!

This transaction was especially meaningful because the buyers reached out to me directly after they were unable to receive timely guidance from the agent they had been working with. They loved this freshly remodeled and updated home and did not want to miss the opportunity to submit an offer.

After discussing their options and obtaining everyone’s full disclosure and consent, I was able to represent both the sellers and the buyers throughout the transaction.

The result was a true win-win:
