Help us congratulate some of Houston’s newest first time home owners, Jonathan & Lini! This home hunt had all of the emotions. Ups and downs all over the place. From going under contract with one house and having to walk away (the ceiling leaked water at inspection!) to finding another home that checked all the right boxes (after visiting many that didn’t!), Gods timing and provision was all over this one.
Big thank you to Chris Parrott for coaching them through the entire loan process, him and his team made it as simple and doable as possible.
Jonathan and Lini stayed steady and followed the plan and it paid off with their new home!
