Another successful settlement in the books. Honestly, there is nothing more rewarding in my line of business than helping first time home buyers. Truly thankful for being able to have a job I love so much. Thank you Mr. Zhang for allowing me the opportunity to sell your condo. Unfortunately, you were not able to to be at the closing, however everything went well. Only 2 days on the market and we received an offer at full asking price with a quick settlement. Yes, I know I'm a little late on this particular post! Hey better late then never. I just love this amazing family so much, I know the process took forever due to many obstacles in the way, however nothing could stop us from closing, ever obstacle that was put in front us we were able to overcome. Thank you Kevin and Paige for allowing me the wonderful opportunity to help you both become first time home buyer's. I truly enjoyed every moment..... I do remember when we first looked at this home you both knew it was truly the right one for you and your family. You are both amazing people and have a beautiful family.
