Before the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to highlight this beautiful property and the Wi******er market as a whole. After being on the market for only a FEW DAYS, we received an immense amount of attention, including an offer at our asking price. While going under contract so quickly is a great success, the transaction isn’t over until we reach settlement.
