As we enter a strong fourth quarter, we were enthused to see more than 2,000 sales associates join our Town Hall on Thursday. We covered a lot of exciting ground, including highlights of our recent survey; upcoming advertising and marketing campaign, “Your Best Just Got Better” that shines a spotlight on the individuality of our sales associates; and our new dynamic web site with a modern design and improved customer journey, cross-selling services and integrated visitor analytics. We also unveiled the eye-catching redesign of William Raveis Mortgage that reflects our distinct identity, and so much more. If you weren’t able to attend, you can watch a replay this Friday, Oct 1.
Our recent survey resulted in excellent, candid feedback from across our footprint. As a result, we are acting on many important insights, including:
New Communications. Starting next week, we will consolidate and launch new communications from HQ: Tell-All Tuesday incorporates my message; social posts including Word-of-the-Week and Raveis Escapes; new hire announcements; and mortgage and insurance content. We will also launch Newsflash Thursday for significant news.
New Agent Benefit Platform. Includes supplemental health insurance plans, retirement plans and a health savings account.
Deposit Link. The leading digital payments solution for real estate transactions.
New Team Leader Training Program. CT mega agent Byron Lazine is partnering with WRRE as the operating leader of the new Raveis Premier Teams program.
Raveis Convention. Back by popular demand: the annual event is scheduled for March 2022!
A special note: Christa Ross’ series Lessons from Leaders is back this fall with a full line-up of expert speakers and topics. Starting this Thursday with Carrie Lademan (Regional VP, Naples, FL), the topic is Setting Buyer Expectations in a Sellers' Market. Also, Christa has created a robust, on-demand library of career development videos, which is your opportunity to review previous classes/topics at your own pace.
