October market stats 📊are here! We’ve settled into Fall 🍁 and as usual we start to quiet down and get ready for the holidays.

But that means if you’re serious about buying or selling, there are still great opportunities. We’ve started to sprinkle some price reductions in with our multiple offers but we are still seeing overall average sale price ⬆️

July market stats are ready to roll! Inventory remains super low…75 single family houses and only 27 of them are under $1MM. Buyers are out and we’ve had multiple offers on all of our recent listings. But buyers know what they’re looking at! Preparation and promotion are key!
