My love for Real Estate began in 2004 while employed at Gartner Inc., a technology company headquartered in Stamford Connecticut. Though most of our transactions back then were lease specific; my love for negotiating; and, the legal/ethical aspects of the field were most interesting to me. I acquired my Real Estate license in 2008 and were fortunate in selling the first property approximately two
months later. If you were into real estate, you would remember the period 2008 through 2012 were pretty tough years to be in the business especially for owners. Being cognizant of the situation, I educated myself in the process of Short sale and Foreclosure and got certified. My next major venture were to represent a client who were in the process of short selling her property. Wells Fargo held the note. This process took a little over two years of intense negotiations but finally we were successful. Wells Fargo forgave up $200,000 on the note in addition to giving my client a $10,000 moving fee check. The love of Real Estate...when you and your client can rest comfortably on a job well done. My most gratifying experience in real estate thus far. It’s like selling satisfaction. Lower Fairfield County is my preferred area; specifically- Bridgeport; Fairfield; Stamford; Darien; Greenwich; Westport and Norwalk. Single family, Multifamily and Condo (Sales, Rental/Lease) And yes I will work in Stratford and Trumbull but for sales and purchases only. Thanks in advance
