Never ceases to amaze me what you’ll find in a house during a home inspection. Unless you’re trying to make a rocket ship out of a water heater this is a big no no. Remember to call John or myself when you get under contract so we can make sure what your buying is safe and what maintenance it’s going to need. Too many folks pushing no inspections in this market but at least get one for your piece of mind even if as is. AGAIN MUCH THANKS TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS THE LAST TEN YEARS. YOU ARE APPRECIATED
