Wire fraud scams are becoming more sophisticated, and fraudulent emails can look surprisingly legitimate. Scammers may use real names, company information and familiar-looking email addresses to gain your trust.
A few important reminders when it comes to your closing:
🔒 Use our secure portal for important documents and funding information.
💵 The Title Team will never ask you to send your money ahead of time.
📧 Be cautious of unexpected instructions, unusual wording, typos or last-minute changes.
📞 Before sending funds, verify. Call your Title Team office directly using a phone number you know and trust. NEVER use contact information provided in a suspicious email.
When your money is involved, an extra phone call is always worth it.

We are incredibly proud of our North Dakota and Eastern Montana offices for coming together to donate $10,000 in support of cattle ranching families affected by the devastating wildfires earlier this month. A heartfelt thank you to the North Dakota Stockmen's Association and the North Dakota Stockmen's Foundation for leading this vital relief effort and making it easy for us to contribute. Join us in offering financial support to help these resilient ranchers rebuild their herds, homes, and hope.

It is Summerfest in Stanley and the Stanley Title Team tag teamed with Bravera for another year for the free community BBQ.
The Title Team takes this time to do some customer appreciation back to the community, with free office swag and a couple of door prizes. Debbie and Eryn had a great time and were very appreciative of the canopy for the shade as it always seems to be a hot day😜
