My mother was in Hospice with Cancer. And although I am a licensed real estate broker in NC, I needed someone I could trust to take over and sell my home in Clemmons NC. The housing market hasn’t rebounded as quickly as experts originally hoped. But that doesn’t mean it’s stalled.

Higher inflation and lingering economic uncertainty caused economists to revise their forecasts for this year. But importantly, when those two things settle down, many experts believe the market will regain its momentum.

Lori is one of the most positive people I've ever met. She definitely sees things with the glass half full! She always goes the extra mile, contacts you immediately when she has any further info about your situation, guides you through all the many details concerning looking for and especially purchasing a home. If you have any questions concerning the need for various inspections even including unusual needs such as a seller who needs to rent from the purchaser. Her knowledge is great!
