We truly appreciate our residents for taking the extra steps to maintain water during these extremely cold conditions. We know this has been inconvenient and has placed a financial strain on many households. Please know your efforts helped prevent frozen pipes and protected homes and our community water system. We also want to share that State Representative Bill Wesley is actively working to seek assistance for residents impacted by the increased utility costs during this emergency. Thank you for your cooperation, patience, and for looking out for one another during this difficult time.

🚨 EMERGENCY – FREEZING TEMPERATURE NOTICE 🚨
💧 WATER & PIPE PROTECTION REQUIRED 💧

Attention Brookside Cottages Residents:

Over the next couple of weeks, temperatures are expected to remain at or below freezing, and when temperatures are expected to fall to 32°F or below, residents are required to take reasonable precautions to help prevent frozen or burst pipes, including the following:

💧 Leave all sinks dripping during freezing conditions
💧 Ensure both hot and cold water are dripping
🚪 Open kitchen and bathroom sink cabinet doors to allow warm air circulation
🚫 Remove all hoses from exterior water spigots

Damage caused by frozen or burst pipes may be the responsibility of the resident if reasonable precautions are not taken.

📞 EMERGENCY NOTICE:
If you experience a plumbing issue, loss of water pressure, or suspect frozen pipes, PLEASE CALL MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY so the issue can be addressed promptly and further damage prevented.
