Pine Rock Building & Construction LLC Specializing in cabin building and construction in the Red River Gorge. I have spent my entire life in and around the home building and construction industry.

Paul Warner, the owner, has over 20 years of construction experience and started the company to pursue his passion for designing and building cabins. I spent the last 16 years selling investment real estate and personally investing in real estate as well as managing and completing many investment property projects such as flips and rehabs for rental. I completed my first cabin (Pine Rock) in the R

ed River Gorge 1 year ago and started this company to continue my passion for designing and building cabins in one of my favorite places. I always strive to provide a custom quality finished product for my clients.

After 4 months of fighting weather and protecting this cabin with tarps, we have finally got the ice and water shield on and ready for metal! Thanks to my crew for all your hard work!

The time has finally come to get a roof on this place and wow it is turning out nice! The ceiling just makes me want to lay in bed all day and stare at it. After going through 25 plus stains to figure out the right color combination I am completely happy with the results. With stain there is no forgiveness like paint so you have to get it right the first time. Thanks to all of my crew for all your hard work!
