A little behind-the-scenes from a recent For Sale By Owner project with Lewellen Media. 🏡📸

This past weekend, we had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful property and help the sellers showcase it.

Since the sellers had already moved out, we also incorporated some virtual staging to give potential buyers a better sense of how the spaces could look furnished and lived in. It’s always fun to see how a room can completely transform with the right setup.

We also captured exterior drone photography, including the front of the home and the beautiful natural backyard, giving buyers a better feel for the property and its surroundings.

Acreage properties deserve more than just a few photos, they deserve to be experienced. 🎥🏡

For this project, I created a custom marketing video for Jessica DeMarce with Gray Land Service to showcase this beautiful acreage and everything it has to offer.

We incorporated:
📸 Professional photography
🎥 Handheld video
🚁 Daytime drone footage
🌅 Twilight drone footage

Combining all of these gives potential buyers a better feel for the property, from the home and details to the surrounding land and the way the property looks throughout the day.

🏡✨ What a property to photograph!

I recently had the opportunity to capture this incredible home and dream shop for Jessica DeMarce, and WOW… this one was a big one! 😍

From professional interior & exterior photography and drone photos + video to twilight edits and social media video content, we captured this property from just about every angle.

And when I say this house was HUGE… it was HUGE. 😂 Properties like this make the work so much fun. There are so many amazing details, spaces, and views to capture.

🏡 Seeing the Possibilities — Before & After!

Sometimes it’s hard to envision what an empty space could look like once it’s furnished and lived in. That’s where virtual staging can make a big difference!

For this property, the realtor wanted to showcase the before photos alongside virtually staged versions to help potential buyers better understand the layout and visualize how the rooms could be used by the new owners.

I also added some drone photography to highlight the property and lot lines, giving buyers a better perspective of the land and the overall layout of the property from above. 🚁📸

It’s a great example of how combining professional photography, virtual staging, and aerial imagery can help tell the complete story of a property and give buyers a better sense of what they’re looking at.
