Cody Rossiter I REALTOR - Exp Realty

Cody Rossiter I REALTOR - Exp Realty "A working class, working for you!" I've been a life-long resident of Washington state where I grew up in the Greater Everett area.

After completing high school, I entered the Building Trades industry where I skillfully fulfilled several roles within General Construction. Specifically, I excelled in various phases of the construction industry from Materials Manufacturing, New Home Construction starts, as well as existing Home Remodeling. As my career evolved, I entered the Transportation Logistics field with King, Snohomish an

d Skagit Counties where I obtained a Class-A CDL and recently served the construction industry as a Concrete Mixer Truck Driver. Along with my prior work experience in the various phases of construction, I've gained a strong understanding of Residential Real Estate and what high-quality craftsmanship looks like. Working with a Real Estate Professional such as myself, provides a distinct advantage to my Buyer and Seller clients as I'm able to guide and advise them towards making the best possible decisions to achieve their goals. I've worked hard throughout the years in the construction industry and now I look to provide that same hardworking effort to my Buyer, Seller and Investor clients. That's the qualities that I'd look for in the agent that I'd hire to represent myself. I look forward to working with you and providing exceptional value to you for years to come.
