Okay, I’m switching things up around here… 👋

You may know me as the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Lakes Realty, but I thought it was time you got to know Brooke a little better.
This is a longer post than I normally make, but hang with me—I promise there’s some fun stuff in here. 😉

I’ve been in real estate for 15 years, but there’s a little more to me than real estate. 😊

☕ Caffeine is definitely my love language.

🌿 I have a thing for house plants.

🃏 I love cards and board games with family and friends.

🌊 I’m happiest when summer rolls around and we can spend time pontooning on the Muskegon River.

🏡 Our cabin is one of my favorite places to unwind.

😂 And if you ask my agents, they’ll probably tell you I have a slight tendency to use some colorful language. 😉

❤️ And one thing people might not guess when they see me at work… I’M A GRANDMA!

I started my real estate career when my children were in school full time. My husband is a builder, and we thought real estate would be a natural fit alongside his career.

Fifteen years later, here I am—and I’m still just as excited about this business as ever.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people, clients, friends, and relationships this career has brought into my life.
