Community Safety Notice
Early this morning at approximately 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM, we received reports of individuals checking vehicle doors to see if unlocked within our community.

Based on the information we have gathered, the individuals were described as a Caucasian male wearing a gray hoodie and a Caucasian female with long, dark hair.

We encourage all residents to take a few extra precautions:
• Lock your vehicle doors.
• Remove all valuables and personal items from your vehicle.
• Make sure windows are completely closed.
• Keep porch lights on when possible.
• Report any suspicious activity immediately.

If you notice anything unusual, please contact local law enforcement and notify the leasing office so we can help keep our community informed.

🐾 Pet of the Month: Beans 🐾

Congratulations to Beans! The perfect new sidekick—and side dish—to his big brother, Pico! 💚

At just 3 months old, Beans is already growing into a big boy... just look at those paws! With his adorable ear tufts, fluffy tail, and classic tabby stripes, he's impossible not to fall in love with.

Whether he's chasing toys, wrestling with Pico, or hard at work making the cutest little biscuits, Beans keeps everyone smiling. We can't wait to watch this handsome little guy grow up!

We’ve got all the photos from our event with Hewitt Reptile Emporium, and we wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out!

It was wonderful seeing so many of you stop by to learn about reptiles, hold some amazing reptile friends, and enjoy a delicious BBQ with your neighbors. We loved spending the day with our community and hope you had as much fun as we did!

🎉 Thank You for Joining Us at Scales & Tails! 🐍🦎

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Scales & Tails event hosted by Hewitt Reptile Emporium! We loved seeing so many of our residents and families enjoying the incredible reptiles, learning fun facts, taking photos, and spending time together as a community.

We hope you had as much fun as we did! Thank you to Hewitt Reptile Emporium for bringing such an amazing experience to Creekside Apartment Homes.
