This is another example of why measuring every listing is so important. This listing would have been more than the actual size if the Zillow or county numbers would have been used. The discrepancy is not too large, but can still be considered negligence on the part of the listing agents.

This discrepancy might be a bit misleading. This house had an addition built since it last sold. These are instances where measuring the house is absolutely necessary. It is the discrepancy of the week because of the huge difference that the add-on added to the size.
