Our Current Project ~ Removing Virginia Pine (Pinus Virginiana)....
The Goal of our client on this project is to remove as much Virginia Pine as possible to lessen the seed drift into a neighboring Longleaf Pine stand making for a more pure and healthier forest. This also reduces the potential fuel load in the event of a Wildfire.

The Uwharrie National Forest is conducting a 70-acre prescribed burn today, March 18, in Montgomery County. The Parsons Grove burn will take place between McCallum Road and Pekin Road.
