Kay has officially earned her Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR®) designation and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification! 🏡✨ The RSPS certification is awarded to REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, and managing properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and vacation destinations.

🌟 Fun Fact: Only 23 REALTORS® in the entire state of Mississippi hold the RSPS certification, and Kay is proud to be the first in the Golden Triangle!

While Starkville is her primary second-home market, Kay also brings valuable experience from Oxford, MS and the Florida coastal markets.

As Vice President of Development for Tabor Construction & Development, Kay has been an integral part of the team for the past 18 years, contributing to the development of over 250 condominiums in Starkville. Since 2009, she’s expanded her role to marketing these developments, leading to over 320 transactions totaling more than $84 million in residential real estate volume across the Golden Triangle.
