What is Centre County Pa doing?

- Months Supply: 2.55 (MoM -10.84%; YoY 8.97%)
- Median Sold Price: $430,000 (MoM 2.38%)
- Sold-to-List Price Ratio: 100.05% (MoM 0.46%)
- Median Days on Market: 8 (MoM 33.33%)
- Market Snapshot: 120 new, 212 active, 111 pending listings

SOLD TO LIST PRICE IS 100.05% over 100.00%!
That is a very interesting fact for sellers in the Centre county market!
I didn't break this down by city, which can obviously change a bit even just by zip code in the same city I see higher median price etc.
However, this information for that area, means it is a seller's market!
Although I do believe the Real Estate market is creeping into a buyer's market, maybe time to sale Centre County!

This data tells us that it is still a seller's market in Altoona, Pa.
However, some other evidence would say we are starting to move to a buyers market?
