22 years ago today, Smeltz & Aumiller Real Estate LLC was officially in business. Myself and Christian T Aumiller became business partners. In 2016 we amicably parted and I became sole owner. I thank Chris for his invaluable input, assistance and expertise along the way. I also thank all the agents, and my long time secretary Nina Angney, who made it such a pleasure for me to come to work every day. I especially want to thank the many clients who we have served over the years, many whom have become friends. I don’t know if I have another 22 years in me, but I love what I do and will keep serving clients until the Lord tells me otherwise!

A true testament to dedication and excellence, Linda McNitt, is our Employee of the Month, marking a remarkable 20 years of invaluable contributions to our team. For navigating challenging situations (Cough-cough....Todd McCurdy) with grace and professionalism, consistently demonstrating remarkable patience and understanding while supporting our diverse team (Cough-cough...Todd McCurdy).

While we are saddened that Linda will be retiring at the end of this week, we are excited for her to embark on a well-deserved retirement filled with relaxation and travel with her husband, Howard. She will be greatly missed.

Oliver "Ollie" Aumiller is the "January Employee of the Month" at Aumiller Appraisal Services.

Oliver has demonstrated care while mentoring the newest office dog Tate, as well as showing lots & lots of love to his boss-dad, coworkers and other office dog. In the words of his coworkers Linda & Sarah-mom, Oliver is the "goodest boy ever"!

It’s only fitting to showcase Hannah and Joey (our last wedding of the season) on this last day of 2024.

I am so thankful to all of my beautiful 2024 brides and their families for entrusting me with their flowers.

You hear a lot about bridezillas and crazy wedding stories. We honestly do not get much of that here at BMFF. My girls understand that we are a seasonal business and specialize in using the best of what is in bloom at the time of their wedding.

As we close up another year, I still can’t believe that I get to do this as my job. It’s not without stress, exhaustion and challenges but would the rewards of it even mean as much if it were all smooth sailing? I bet not.

Thank you again to each of my beautiful couples and Happy New Year to all!
