As a maintenance assistant with KTFG Real Estate, you will...
• Work closely with the co-founders (one a licensed real estate broker and the other a licensed attorney)
• Observe and assist with the handling of routine maintenance issues at clients’ properties located in Centre and Mifflin Counties • Assist with preparing properties for rental permit inspections and tenant move-ins
• Perform property inspections to identify or assess maintenance problems
• Observe and assist with the coordination of maintenance services with local contractors and vendors
• Assist with acquisition of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance jobs
• Perform maintenance-related administrative tasks including generating reports summarizing maintenance
problems and comparing competitive bids received
