Negative degree weather is coming to Pennsylvania this weekend and the next few weeks, with dangerously cold temperatures expected.

🐾 All Outdoor Pets

Bring them inside. Prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures can cause hypothermia, frostbite, and death, even for animals with thick fur.

⚠️ If You Can’t Bring Pets Indoors:

• Provide warm, dry shelter off the ground
• Use straw (NOT towels or blankets)
• Ensure unfrozen water is available
• Block wind and moisture

🚔 Reminder: Leaving pets exposed to extreme cold may result in animal cruelty charges.

Please check on neighbors, elderly residents, and anyone with outdoor animals.
