🎉 Exciting News for Patriot Place Mobile Home Park! 🏊

We're excited to announce that the Patriot Place pool permit has been approved, and construction is officially getting underway!

Work will begin with staking out the pool house and pool area, followed by concrete work for the new pool house. This is an exciting milestone, and we're looking forward to bringing this new amenity to our community.

We'll continue to share updates as construction progresses. Stay tuned!

Thank you to Queens Creek Methodist Church for providing FREE lunches to the children in American Way MHC and Patriot Place Mobile Home Park this week! 🍎

We were happy to see so many families stop by, and we're grateful for this wonderful partnership that helps support our residents throughout the summer.

Reminder: FREE lunches for children ages 1–15 will be available again next Wednesday at 12:00 PM. Lunches are limited, so please plan to arrive early.

We look forward to seeing everyone again next Wednesday!
