Shout out to an amazing family owned restaurant- Mikes Unicorn Diner Mike’s Dakota Diner I needed a 7 layer cake for my husband birthday tomorrow. It’s all he wanted! I called 15 bakeries on the island and NOT one makes them anymore. I was stumped. Then I called my friends at Mikes Unicorn, with their full bakery in the building, they said they would have it made in an hour. And here it is!
