Missing k***s is usually a red flag. Looks practically brand new, but the igniters on the left don’t work. Repair or replacement is going to be needed.

Another drive by sighting. Hopefully they disposed of those asbestos shingles safely and correctly.

Driving yesterday near my old neighborhood when I saw this. I hope no one was hurt.
You can see the burn mark down the center of the building where the fire resistant wall was.
These walls should stop the spread of fire from one unit to the next for 30-60 minutes if properly built and not damaged. Hopefully this one worked the way it should have.
