Honestly, I didn’t think we would be back in the realm of short sales this quickly, but over the past six months the conversations have started again. The unfortunate reality is that some homeowners are finding themselves in vulnerable situations and feeling the effects of a changing market.

I started my real estate career in 2008, and by 2012 I had successfully helped more than 200 families navigate the short sale process. It became my specialty, and I was honored to have agents both within my company and from other brokerages trust me with their clients and referrals.

So being asked to sit on a panel at our company meeting and share my experience was truly a blast from the past. Real estate is always evolving, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help educate and support agents as they navigate today’s market and serve their clients well.

So excited to officially have Nicole & Justin’s home under contract! 🏡✨
