The Broken Arrow homeowner whose fishing boat became a “water feature” after an HOA dispute apparently isn’t finished.
After questions were reportedly raised over whether simply placing the boat in a decorative pond actually made it part of the landscaping, neighbors say the homeowner made several additions this week.
The pond now reportedly contains fish, the small dock has been expanded, and a sign near the water identifies the area as a private fishing pond.
The boat hasn’t moved.
At this point, the disagreement appears to have shifted from whether the boat is parked in the front yard to a much stranger question:
How far does someone have to go before this actually becomes landscaping?
