MEET THE HOME TEAM: Winston Rumph ✨
Born and raised in Macon, Winston brings a strong background in construction management and
residential development to the real estate industry.
Now living in Statesboro, Winston works as a
Construction Assistant for Golden Rule Construction, overseeing the development and construction of
residential single-family homes. His hands-on experience in construction gives his real estate clients a
unique advantage when evaluating properties and understanding value. Finding practical solutions
throughout the buying or selling process is another part of what Winston brings to the table for his real
estate clients.
Winston is currently attending Georgia Southern University and is on track to graduate early with a
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. With a passion for real estate, development, and strategic
growth, he enjoys building strong relationships and helping clients confidently navigate one of the biggest
investments of their lives.
By combining real-world construction knowledge with his experience as a licensed REALTOR®,
Winston is able to offer insight beyond the traditional real estate transaction. Whether assisting clients in
finding the right property, understanding renovation & enhancement potential, or identifying long-term
value, he is committed to providing honest guidance and dependable service.
Outside of work, Winston enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing and has a deep appreciation
for the outdoors. Whether on the water or in the woods, he values every opportunity to experience God’s
creation and the peace that comes with it.
