🪴 I decluttered and staged this beautiful house in Atwater Landing in Mooresville today! The family are living in the home while it's listed. I used the their furniture and accessories to decorate. I tagged furniture and clutter to remove from the house on Monday and I came back and staged on Friday. We moved furniture room to room. ✨️ We also decorated and decluttered the patio and porch! I gave her a list of things to go purchase locally and I sent her online links for rugs, bedding for 4 bedrooms, greenery, decor, wall art, and flowers for the patio and front porch. 💪 They went above and beyond prepping and purchasing everything that I requested. She is very motivated to sell quickly and wants the best price! I love working with homeowners that give a 💯 percent! Before I left she hugged my neck, and said her house never looked that beautiful! 🌹Did I mention, there is a community pool in this well maintained neighborhood that is in walking distance?! She found me on my Staged! page and called me to help her stage and prep her house to list! 🏡 They worked really hard painting, making minor repairs, packing, moving furniture and removing clutter! This is what it takes to sell quickly! Staging and decluttering are vital if you want to get higher offers, sell quickly, have more showings, and the best online presence!! 🏡 Those mls pictures are vital, that's what attracts your potential buyer to view your home! 🏠 I'll post more pictures and info on the realtor when it goes live next week! 🪴This stunning home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, just hit the market!! I enjoyed working with this family so much! I felt like I've known her for years! 😁 We spent 3 days decluttering, tagging furniture to be removed, rearranging furniture, and decorating the house with the homeowners furniture and accessories! I sent her online shopping links for bedding, decor, rugs, furnishings, furniture, as well as a couple of trips to Home Goods for greenery! 🏡 She also ordered an adorable desk and furniture for the livingroom and office loft upstairs. This house has been remodeled and has beautiful built-ins throughout. The kitchen is spacious and bold! The house has lovely refinished hardwood floors. It's in a well desired neighborhood. There are lakeviews from every window on the back of the house. You can go out on the deck and watch tv and enjoy a glass of wine. After a day on the water, you can rince off in the outdoor shower. ✨️They want top dollar for this home! She realizes that staging is very important and the appearance of her home is vital to look it's absolute best during the selling process!! She saw my Staged, LLC page and called me to make an appointment. 🏠 They were willing to get out of their comfort zone and trusted me and the process. They are so pleased with the end results! 🪴We furniture staged this stunning (empty) home in Conover last week!! The kitchen and dining area are my favorite!! This house has all the bells and whistles! It's in a well desired neighborhood and has beautiful landscapes and curb appeal! 🌳 The homeowner requested that we stage an office space, she brought me an adorable desk and chair from her house, so of course we made a sweet office space! We put up sheer curtains throughout to give warmth. ✨️ I put a gray sofa set in the livingroom. I added lamps, end tables, coffee table, and a rug. In the dining room, I used a beautiful table with 4 chairs and a bench, and a rug. In the kitchen, I put 4 metal bar stools at the bar area. 🌹 In the master bedroom, I used a white washed queen bedroom suite, side table, lamp, and beautiful pink and white bedding, with a fluffy white rug, and a dresser with a mirror. I put pictures, greenery, rugs, and lovely boho decor throughout, I also decorated the kitchen and bathroom countertops. 🏠They have freshly painted the interior, made small repairs, had it deep cleaned, and fresh mulch and landscaping. It is gorgeous, and has been very well maintained! The homeowner was the sweetest to work with! She trusted the process and let me do my thing! 🏘 This jewel will not last long! Keep your eyes 👀 open or you will miss out! Houses like this are not a dime a dozen! The homeowner found me through my Staged page! 🪴We light staged this sweet condo in Hickory last week. We had the popcorn ceilings removed, the interior walls, trim, exterior doors, and the kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted! We also had new light fixtures and fans put up throughout the home! And lastly, a few minor repairs, a deep cleaning and staging! 🌹 This place is sweet as sugar! We put up sheer curtains, pictures, greenery, and rugs throughout. I decorated the kitchen countertops, fireplace mantel, and bathrooms with boho decor and colorful shower curtains! The kitchen is paining a soft sage green and the livingroom is very spacious. Each bedroom has it's own private full bathroom. ✨️There are 2 screened in porches that overlook a wooded area and a small creek. It's so peaceful to hear the sound of the water! 🌊 Not to mention, there is a nice community pool to take a dip in after work! 🪴We furniture staged an adorable house in Conover recently for Amanda Stokes Real Estate Broker, (listing agent). This house went under contract before the photographer could get the pictures taken.

🏡The house literally across the street is active on the market with the same firm, Re/Max Legendary.

🚛 Yes we did! We moved everything across the street!! I had my furniture company come and move all of the furniture! We packed up the decor, pictures, bedding, and rugs and moved!

🏘 We decorated and staged this beautiful house in record time! It has tall ceilings in the livingroom, and a gorgeous remodeled kitchen! In the livingroom, we put a gorgeous navy blue corduroy sofa set, round tables, lamps, rug, and a console. In the dining room, we used a weathered two tones table with 6 chairs & a rug. In the master bedroom, I used a washed white queen bedroom suite, side table, lamp, rug, and a dresser with a mirror. We put satin sheer curtains, greenery, pictures, and boho decor throughout. 💪 Before we staged we took down a tv wall mount over the fireplace so we could decorate the mantel. We removed nails and caulked the holes on the walls throughout. We also removed a shelf on the wall in the dining room. If we see something that needs to be done in a house, we will do it at no extra charge. We teamed up with Ashley Carmichael (listing agent) with Re/Max Legendary!
