🪴We decluttered and light staged this beautiful occupied house in Hickory last week.

💪 The first day, we met with Amanda Stokes Real Estate Broker, listing agent, with Re/Max Legendary, our movers, painter, and pressure washer guys at the house along with the homeowners. We got a game plan and a time frame!

🏡 I decluttered and tagged furniture and clutter that I wanted removed room by room. We had the movers move the furniture and pack everything that they did not want or use and put it in the garage. This made the rooms look so much bigger and less cluttered! The homeowners were amazing to work with, they were open to all recommendations and followed through!

🌹 I brought in my staging; decor, rugs, lamps, shower curtain, pictures, greenery, & bedding for 3 guest bedrooms. We also had a queen bedroom suite delivered for a large bedroom upstairs.

✨️ The staging completely changed this house! It looks nothing like it did the first day that I came. I used boho decor, blues and greens throughout the house. It made the house warm and welcoming! It is so important to hire a professional stager to come to each of your listings, whether the house is occupied or unoccupied! Your listings will stand out above the rest!! I want to give a shout out to the homeowners for getting out of their comfort zone and trusting me and the process! Also, thank you Amanda Abernathy Stokes for trusting me with your listings! 🏘

🪴 Tiffany Ramirez Realtor at Realty Executives, listing agent called me to come and prep this gorgeous occupied house in my favorite neighborhood, Governor's Harbour, in Hickory. I've staged several houses in this lovely neighborhood! 🌹 I decluttered 4 levels on my first visit, I tagged furniture and clutter that I wanted removed room by room to put in storage. We also decluttered the porches, deck, and the screened in porch. The homeowners did an amazing job removing clutter and furniture, they understood the process and did everything that we requested! They are motivated to sell!

🏡Today was staging day!! We brought in lots of our beautiful decor and pictures for this stunning 4 story house! We moved furniture around in a couple of rooms to get the perfect look! It turned out gorgeous! Thank you Tiffany Ramirez for trusting me with all of your listings! We always have a good time on "staging day"! 🏘

🪴We decluttered, light staged, and brought in a bedroom suite for this beautiful occupied house in Hickory today!

🏡 On the initial visit, I met Amanda Stokes Real Estate Broker, listing agent, with Re/Max Legendary and the homeowners. We got our game plan. We recommended the interior walls to be painted throughout the house, pressure washing the house, and decluttering and staging! I left it picture 📸 perfect for the photographer!

🌹 I loved working with the homeowners, they were so willing to do whatever it takes to get this house sold!

✨️ Furniture Staged
Occupied Home✨️

🪴This is one of the cutest bungalows that I've furniture staged! The homeowners are living in the home while it's listed. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was more than willing to do everything that I recommended!

🏡 When I met Amanda Stokes Real Estate Broker, listing agent, with Re/Max Legendary at this house in Conover. I recommended painting a couple of rooms, doors, trim, and the fireplace mantel. I also had a light fixture replaced. They put all of their furniture in storage except their master bedroom furniture.

🌹 I put a beautiful bedroom suite in the guest bedroom with adorable bedding. In the master bedroom, I sent an online link for bedding for her personal bed. I split a sofa set up between the den and the livingroom. I put 2 sets of coffee tables in each room, with 2 sets of lamps and rugs. I used a cute round dining table in the kitchen area. I added sheer curtains, pictures, greenery, rugs, and boho decor! 🌹

🏠 Staging completely changed this house! It made it inviting and beautiful! The sheer curtains let the sunlight in and added beauty at the same time!

🪴Before & After Pics🪴

✨️This is a beautiful house that I worked with Kay Loftin, listing agent with Coldwell Banker on in Taylorsville. It was a bit dated and needed a little tlc! I had the interior completely painted, the trim, doors, ceilings, walls, fireplace mantel, and the bathroom vanities. I also had the 2 exterior front doors painted black and added 2 new
black light fixtures to set it off. 🏡 I picked out new black glass fixtures for the bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast area, livingroom, hallway scronces, and 4 bedrooms, and the bonus room. I also added new mirrors in 3 bathrooms.🏠 This completely changed this house! It is bold and beautiful with it's fresh paint and fixtures! It's amazing to see the before and after pictures! 💎 I also had a large water fountain removed from the front yard and the outdoor furniture removed from the back deck. 🏘 Lastly, I furniture staged this unoccupied stunning home! Staging brought it alive! It brought warmth and color to big empty spaces!

🏘 Amanda Stokes Real Estate Broker with Re/Max Legendary and I met at a listing that she has coming up last week, it's an occupied home. We got a game plan on what we needed to do to prep it for the market. I recommended painting walls and doors throughout, deep cleaning, removing clutter & furniture out of all of the rooms except their master bedroom furniture.🏡
