It's important to stay positive when buying a home, because you never know what can happen in 30 days.
It's great to have a plan and an idea of what you want from the experience, but don't forget that there are many variables that can come into play. For example:

-You might find a house that isn't even on the market yet!

-The sellers may decide they want to sell sooner than they originally planned.

-Your mortgage broker may tell you they can get your financing approved faster than expected.

There are so many things that can happen in 30 days that may make your dream home suddenly become available! You just never know—so keep an open mind and enjoy the journey!
