This one was a long time coming and as much as we don’t think the universe knows what it’s doing, sometimes the best laid plans can fall apart, but then come back together!
Nick and Emily started looking for a home at the beginning of this year. They finally felt ready after all their hard work to start their search. After a couple of weeks, we found a great one, but the stars didn’t quite align, and it was back to the drawing board.
A couple of weeks later, the search continued, but that house had already sold. Luckily in that same neighborhood, another home on the same street came on the market and we jumped at it! We weren’t gonna let this one slip through our fingers.
Finding the home and getting to the closing table came with its own hurdles, but Nick and Emily held on tight and trusted my expertise to navigate whatever came our way. Everyone worked together to get this to the finish line, amazing sellers, listing agent, and buyers.
Also, it involved cooperation from the amazing lender Karyn McAlpin and a great closing attorney, Anne Coley. It really matters when everyone is willing to work toward the same goal. Now Nick and Emily are happy in their new home in Mooresville, and I could not be happier for them and their family. I could not be more appreciative of them choosing me during such a special time in their lives!
