Officially closed on this families estate. 🥰 The home they grew up in with memories dating back 50+ years, it was a bitter sweet moment. As hard as it was to officially let go they are now happy to have the final piece of this chapter closed.

Transactions with multiple sellers can be quiet the task. With this one we had 7 people involved and I appreciate their trust and confidence in me throught out the process. ☺️

This one was a head scratcher for me. I say that because no matter what I did or offered it seemed like there was no movement... the market was still, in spite of us being the lowest. So big congratulations to my seller clients for officially being closed and able to have a sigh of relief cause I know I am. Thank you for trusting me and sticking it out with me through all the questions, uncertainties, and quite frankly discouragement. We can finally say that's a wrap! 🙌

Im a bit late on posting but big congrats to my clients on their new home in Statesville Country Club. II know this property is going to be such a great fit for them and is gonna look amazing with the renovations. This was another tough one to navigate but thankful for a great agent on the other end to get us to the closing table... that makes a world of difference.

You can't tell by the picture but this home has 3800 sqft of main level living space. Wow!

Hope you guys come to love the Statesville area as much as I do and that the country club is everything you want it to be. ❤️

After nearly 8+ months of searching for land and homes across 8 counties this property came available. We had a verbal acceptance on a seperate property but had been waiting weeks to get a signed agreement.. the seller was incarcerated, I know its crazy but true so we made an offer on this property that got accepted. Its a crazy thing how God puts things together.

I got a phone call at 9pm while sitting at the LA airport to head back home when my client said hey change of plans can I see these houses... well yeah let me get on that. I got off a 7hr flight with little to no sleep and headed straight to show the homes and then to write up the offer. To say that day was a struggle is an understatement lol but super excited my client found a home that I think is going to work out perfectly for him.

They, especially one of them is a snackaholic and the other one well he will eat anything and is like a garbage disposal for food.

Congrats🍾 to my sellers on being able to get under contract in 20 days in a 60+ day market and over coming the difficulty of selling homes in newer communities with all the new construction competition.

By the time we closed the days on market for the community had increased to 80+ days. So being able to take that sign of relief on closing day was much needed.

Now on to finding their dream home! 😊🏡
