After some busy summer weeks, I'm a little late posting this one, but it was a truly bittersweet sale. 🏡

My friends have moved out of state—while it's hard to see them go, I’m incredibly honored they trusted me to help sell their home again. I originally sold this home to them a few years ago and had sold their previous home as well. It’s always extra special when a past client chooses to work with you again. I put in a lot of work getting the house ready, reorganized, and staged to make the pictures look even better and get more buyers in the door with an even more attractive look.

We had fantastic results: 12 showings and 3 offers in just 4 days on the market! We negotiated a strong price and favorable terms for my sellers, closing right on schedule. As with many transactions, a few hiccups arose, but we worked through them together and found solutions that satisfied everyone involved.

Online estimates can be a helpful starting point, but they can’t account for your home’s condition, recent improvements, exact location, or current buyer demand. As I like to say, Zillow can’t see inside your house — but I can. I can give you a much clearer picture of what a buyer may actually be willing to pay for your home. Market price and appraisal price are very different, and understanding both can help you make smarter decisions.

I love my people and the journey I get to walk with them. It's not always pretty, easy, or devoid of stress. It's usually the opposite of all those things. I just try my best to ease those things over time as we work together. Luckily, being in real estate for almost 5 years now, that experience is helping me prepare my clients for all outcomes.
